Every Time I start an exercise program, I gain weight within a month

The weight gain you are experiencing is caused by the food you eat. I suggest you take a long, hard look at your nutritional habits. Remember in the third grade, when you learned about the basic food groups? That's still the only true way to obtain and maintain your desired weight. Learn to count your FATS and watch your SODIUM! Our bodies only need about 500 mg of Sodium each day, but the average American consumes between 15,000 and 20,000 mg per day. Your "weight gain" could be fluid retention or simply poor nutritional habits.
