I still have those little "bulges"' on the sides of my thighs. Is there an exercise to help with this?

ABSOLUTELY. It’s called the LUNGE. This one exercise, more than anything else, has been proven to help alleviate this problem, if you are truly working your entire body. To get the best result s from the LUNGE, use an elevated platform to lunge forward onto, about 8" high and DO NOT hold weights in your hands. Weights and LUNGES create more muscle on the thigh. High repetitions with those LUNGES are the true answer.
